Initial Design Consultation

This is for the DIY type person who loves spending time and energy on challenging projects. By the end of this detailed consultation and walk through, you will be well equipped to tackle the projects necessary to sell your house quickly and for the most money possible. Together we will follow a strict 8 step process for each room that breaks down the good,the bad and the remedy. With all of our expertise and your new found knowledge you will be ready to do all the staging in your house on your own.

Our consultation will last 2-3 hours and provide you with the following:

  • First is our phone interview that allows us to get to know you better and learn things about the house that will better help us come up with a plan to maximize our time together.

  • We research the buyer demographic to identify the buyers most likely to view your home so we can attract them right away and make it more difficult for them to find a need to look at any other home after yours.

  • A staging checklist will be completed for each room in the home.

  • We will provide you with an open house checklist in the event you and your realtor decide to host one.

  • Your home’s curb appeal will be looked over with fresh buyer’s eyes to identify areas that might need some TLC or updating.

  • We will recommend certain furniture arrangements to maximize space and create a smooth flow.

  • You will receive notes on de-cluttering, de-personalizing and maximizing space in each room.

  • We will help you identify any beautiful architectural details in your home and tell you how to highlight them to attract the buyer’s eyes and showcase the value.

  • We will give our recommendations for window treatments and accessory arrangements.

  • You will receive our color advice and learn how to create emotional connection points in your house to help potential buyers fall in love!

  • A full Staging Report with everything included that was covered in the consultation.

As a bonus, you will also receive your own personalized Priority Shopping List and an exclusive Local Vendor List to help you complete the staging process.

Services | Half Day

Sand Dollar Package – Staging Made Easy

Project too big to handle on your own? In this package we roll up our sleeves and get to work alongside you. We already have all the tools we need and with some extra time spent in the home with us as your partner you will be amazed at what we can accomplish. With this service you will have us as your personal designer and work horse for up to 4 hours with 2 additional hours spent planning and prepping. This includes:

  • Staging your kitchen while sharing ideas on how to make the most use of available counter space through organization.

  • Staging your living area making sure to highlight focal points,which we will identify for you,and how to arrange your furnishings to maximize space and create flow.

  • Staging your dining room to maximize space.

  • Staging your bathroom.

  • Staging your master bedroom to showcase the size while creating a luxury feel.

  • We will also recommend any accessories you may need to help buyers feel right at home upon entering.

  • Lastly, you will receive beautiful professional photographs of each room we stage that will help your listing stand out from the rest.

If time permits, we can even help stage extra rooms to make your entire house showroom ready !

Reef Package –  Full Day of Staging

This package is geared towards larger homes or homes that require extra time to tackle all the projects needed to maximize your return on investment. Our sleeves will be rolled up and we will be ready to give you a full day of work making your home ”showroom ready” for your listing. We will focus on the main areas of the home designing and staging for incredible photos. This service can take up to 7 hours in the home with 2 additional hours used for planning
and prepping. This package includes :

  • Staging your kitchen while sharing ideas on how to make the most use of available counter space through organization.

  • Staging your living area making sure to highlight focal points,which we will identify for you,and how to arrange your furnishings to maximize space and create flow.

  • Staging your dining room to maximize space.

  • Staging your bathroom.

  • Staging your master bedroom to showcase the size while creating a luxury feel.

Vacancy Package – For New or Vacant Homes

This service provides you with complete comfort and ease as we do all the work for you. We provide the furniture, design and do the entire set up on our own. We will make your empty house look like it jumped off the page of a designer magazine. It will be showroom ready and give off that first impression every buyer will fall in love with!

A Blue Anchor consultant will spend two days prior to the open house or listing date walking through the home developing a design plan and transforming the home into a buyer’s dream!

To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!
With this package you can expect :

  • All the main areas of your home to be staged, this includes: living area, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, main bathroom.

  • Professional photographs of each staged room to be used for your listing that will help your house stand-out from the rest.

Extra Room Staging

We will be more than happy to add additional rooms to your staging package for an “additional fee”. Depending on the type of room and what, if any, furnishings or accessories will be needed will determine the cost.

If you’ve had a consultation with us, then there might be a chance you received a personalized “Shopping List” from us. If you are not sure what to get or just want to make sure the right type, style, size and color accessory is purchased, why not have us do the shopping for you?
